The larger capacities of SDHC cards make them more versatile than ever. Use them in all your mobile devices that support the SDHC standard. All that is required is an SDHC compatible slot or reader. SDHC is an extension of the original SD standard that enables capacities greater than 2 GB. It uses the same physical form factor as SD, but SDHC cards only work in SDHC compatible devices. Excellent for the price
I purchased the 8gb version of this a few months ago, and wanted more storage. The 16gb gives me approximately 4,400 12mp photos worth of storage, and almost 4 hours of video when used with my Kodak Z1285 Camera. The 8bg gave me 2 hours, and the 2gb about 35 minutes. With the 16gb, 8gb and the 2gb card that came with my camera, I can take almost 7,000 photos without deleting any of them, or almost 7 hours of video !

The 16gb card from Transcend is great.. Any size is great, but the 16 for $30... is a real bargain for what it gives you.

I have 4 of these cards that I use in my Panasonic HMC-150, a professional grade video camera. I've run read/write tests on all of them and they get about 14 MB/s write speeds and 17.5 MB/s read speeds. Never encountered any errors! These cards are the best bang for your buck, and the frustration free packaging is awesome.

As a memory card, there is little to review - it works. However, I the format of the card is such that few computers or card readers are adapted to read it. Manufacturers should not proliferate multiple designs for memory cards.

Great card
Received in perfect condition, great read and write speeds and though I have only had this card for about a month, I would still urge others to buy one.

ove It!
I use this card with my new Canon SD790IS 10MP Digital Camera. I can get more than 900 photos on the highest settings. It records quickly, ready for me to take a second pic in a millisecond. I know technology advances, but this is way better than the 1GB SD card I used for my previous camera.

I now go out looking for ways to fill the card up with every trip!

Solid, reliable, and good price
I bought four of these cards for use in my Nikon D80 on a recent trip to southeast Asia. They did exactly what an SD card is supposed to do, and the speeds are relatively quick and the capacity is good for the price. What more can one say about a memory card?

I know some people have had trouble with this (and other) cards crashing, and all I can say is that I have never had that problem with any cards (I have only used Olympus XD cards, and Kingston and Transcend SD cards), but that I am careful to reformat the cards in the device I am using before the first use, and then after every time after I download from the card. From what I have read, that is the key to keeping cards from getting corrupted and crashing.

I've had my Transcend 4 GB card for about month. No problems as of yet. I have a database for a dictionary stored on the card and my dictionary still seems to run fast.
